Japanese Apple

  • 50 ml Gin
  • 25ml ODK Lime 100% NFC
  • 20 ml ODK Green Apple Syrup
  • 20 ml Celery Juice
  • 8 drops of Stillabunt Magic Velvet
  • 2cm Wasabi Paste

Add all ingredients into the shaker, add ice, then shake vigorously. Afterwards, strain to remove the ice and shake a second time. Pour the cocktail into the glass using a double strainer.
