Supersour is a blend of salts and acids, created as an acidity enhancer. It can be used in concentrated drops as a final touch in cocktails for an acidity boost. Alternatively, it can be diluted to replace lemon or lime juice when the texture of fresh citrus is not needed, or for the preparation of super juices.
