Water Melon Basil Sour
- 20 ml Shrub*
- 10 ml Watermelon Syrup
- 50 ml Garden Seedlip
- 8 drops of Stillabunt Magic Velvet
Shrub* ingredients: Half a watermelon without skin, 300g Sugar, 300ml Cider Vinegar, and 75gBasil. Cooked on a low heat for an hour and strained.
Shake well and double strain into a Nick and Nora. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
